she’s not registered anywhere and the host didn’t provide any suggestions for gifts. Also, I asked the host if I could contribute anything to the food and she kept insisting I just bring myself, but I feel wierd showing up somewhere without a contribution to the food. My friend is Indian — is there a cultural dimension to this?
