Find a wig cut some hair off and glue it to the tome of the egg. use an assortment of sharpies to make the face. Cut some cloth off of some old pants and glue it to the bottom of the egg. And for the basket: find some cloth cover the sides of the basket make sure the basket has a handle. add a top and fake wheels or something to make it look like a baby stroller.
