how to deal with baby palm trees?

Ain’t no fakers. They who? asked:

when we moved into our house the palm trees out front weren’t an issue, but now theyre a lot bigger and starting to spread roots and new babies into other areas. We can’t uproot the big ones for a more attractive front yard-ish tree because the landlord likes ‘em, and we can’t unearth the babies because one of the areas is right by the front door stoop with roots under concrete(aka VERY inaccessable let alone IMPOSSIBLE to dig up) and the other area theyre spreading to is under the bushes that separate ours the neighbour’s houses(unearthing them isnt an option because it would require unearthing the whole root system of the bush, which is the neighbour’s, but the palms are ours). In short…HOW do we FIX this problem before these new trees start busting things up? Also, if it has anything to do with herbicides, it HAS to be NATURAL. Also, please no rude or pointless answers. Thanks so much. (=

You can cut them down severly and they will probably die from shock.
