please, please i **** to say but keep your child isolated because staph is highly, highly contagious and be sure to use good hand washing techniques

My 2 year old had it. Some people are more susceptible than others to it. We got her on antibiotics and gave her long hot soaking baths twice a day to help bring the infection out. She was on antibiotics for 2 weeks but it cleared up in about 1 week. Just keep them clean and covered. You can use Hibiclens soap to clean the area just be careful around the ********.
